As Managing Director and founder of Kennedy & Partners, I specialise in accountancy and finance recruitment across Ireland.

With over 12 years’ experience in the market, I support clients with hires ranging from part-qualified and transactional finance appointments through to Finance Manager, Financial Controller and senior leadership roles. I work closely with owner-managed businesses, SMEs and scaling companies that need a more targeted, thoughtful approach to hiring.

My focus is on understanding each brief properly and identifying finance professionals who are not only technically strong, but also the right fit for the pace, culture and commercial needs of the business. I have built my career on developing long-term relationships and delivering well-matched hires that add real value.

Katie is our Chief Operations Officer of Kennedy & Partners Recruitment.

Katie's background is in education and large-scale European research projects, where she developed strong organisational, operational and project management skills. She brings strategic thinking, attention to detail and a highly structured approach to the business, helping to ensure that Kennedy & Partners operates efficiently and to a high standard.

Katie’s experience working across diverse teams and managing complex projects gives her a strong operational perspective, which plays an important role in supporting the growth and day-to-day running of the business.

I am a commercially focused Senior Recruitment Consultant at Kennedy and Partners Recruitment, where I lead the Construction, Engineering and Real Estate function.

I have experience recruiting across diverse sectors and have had great success in working with and placing people into roles such as; Project Managers, Property Manager, Cad/Bim Technicians, Director of Project Management, Cost Managers and more. I work with people across all business levels, from junior roles through to C-suite level.
