Katie, a co-founder of Kennedy and Partners Recruitment, serves as the Chief Operations Officer. Her professional journey began in education, where she pursued multidisciplinary research with a prominent focus on diversity and equality—values deeply ingrained in the culture of KPR. Drawing from her extensive background, particularly in large European research projects, Katie brings strategic thinking, a commitment to tight deadlines, and outstanding procedural and organisational skills to her role.

Her leadership proficiency, coupled with experience collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds, provides a distinctive perspective that enhances our vision. Katie is instrumental in delivering excellence through an innovative approach, aligning seamlessly with our commitment to providing top-notch services to our clients.

I am a commercially focused Senior Recruitment Consultant at Kennedy and Partners Recruitment, where I lead the Transformation and Change Management function.  

I have experience recruiting across diverse sectors and have had great success in working with and placing people into roles such as; Project Managers, Programme Managers, Business Analysts, PMO Managers, Change Managers, Delivery Managers, Transformation Leads, Product Managers, and Data and Business Intelligence specialists.
