FP&A Analyst – Dublin | Technology Sector | Hybrid
We’re currently partnering with an innovative, fast-scaling technology business to hire a commercially minded financial planning and analysis professional for their Dublin-based finance team.
This is a high-impact role suited to an ambitious finance professional who enjoys financial modelling, cross-functional collaboration, and supporting strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Deliver insightful monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance and trend analysis
- Provide data-driven insights on commercial performance and KPIs using CRM and operational systems
- Partner closely with sales, operations, and senior leadership to inform business strategy
- Lead presentations and communicate financial results clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements across FP&A tools and reporting
Ideal Background:
- 2–3 years’ experience in an FP&A or commercial finance role
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g. NetSuite, HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage
- A recognised finance qualification (e.g. CPA, CFA, ACCA) is preferred
- Curious, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
